Rage Meme is a tool that takes text you write describing a workplace frustration and uses AI to generate a humorous meme image. The service is intended for entertainment purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. By using Rage Meme, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Rage Meme to:

  • Target, harass, or defame specific real individuals
  • Generate content that is illegal under Greek or EU law
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the service
  • Use the service for any commercial purpose without permission

5. AI-Generated Content

All memes are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude and fal.ai). We do not review or guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of any generated content. You use generated content at your own discretion and risk.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the text you submit. We make no claim over meme images generated from your input. The Rage Meme name, logo, and interface design are the property of Emmanouil Gialeris.

7. Subscriptions (Future)

The service currently offers a free tier. A paid subscription tier will be introduced in the future. When available, subscription terms, pricing, cancellation policy, and refund policy will be published here and in the app before any charge occurs.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Rage Meme is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be available at all times, error-free, or that generated memes will be funny (though we try).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Emmanouil Gialeris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Rage Meme.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
